Sahota's Taekwon-do have a Special School Curiculum for Taekwon-do as an after School Class.Our after School program is very successful with all schools. Many Children have improved in their concentration and attention time in classes.
Parents are most impressed by their children's improvement in Physical co-ordination skills.
Children have become more Positive and helpful to Parents and Teachers.
 
After school Classes are helpful to parents as it gives them more time before collecting their children from School.Children have more time to do their Homework as they have already done their evening Physical activities right after school.
They sleep well and therefore fully recovered by the morning for a bright start for the next days events at School.
